Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

My phone says the exact same thing. I honestly think there is something wrong with my order at this point. 100% do not expect it to be here by Friday. Even though people who ordered 2 days ago have already had theirs ship.

I'm with you man... really hoping I wake up to a shipping notification tomorrow because Verizon has the payment plan for this phone on my line already... but Samsung hasn't charged me for the tax yet. My other phone is showing up tomorrow (my wife's). BTW, ordered both on August 7th...
 
Curious if anyone has experience with previous pre-orders where if you order about a week after the pre-order started, does it really take 3 weeks? My delivery date is still showing September 10th. Just wonder if anyone has ever ordered a week later and if the phone came earlier than what they originally told you. I'm ordering from Samsung direct.

Update, I got my shipping notification for the Note 10+ and wireless charging case. I haven't visited this thread in a few hours, so I'm sure many of you got the same thing.

I ordered late at night on my Ipad on 8/09. Unlocked Note 10 Plus 256GB, blue. Estimated delivery is Thursday the 22nd.
 
8/11: Ordered N10 unlocked from Samsung.

8/13: Cancelled with Samsung and ordered from T-Mobile (decided I wanted the carrier version since unlocked gets updates later).

8/18: Ordered T-Mobile N10 from Samsung and it shipped the same day.

Now my N10 will be out for delivery tomorrow!

Still haven't heard a peep from T-Mobile and will probably cancel that order tomorrow after my phone is in my hands.

Happy to see people getting their phones, but how does this make sense? Ordered on the 18th and shipped same day when some of us who ordered on the 7th and 8th still have not had updates other than no longer able to cancel.

I'm trying to stay optimistic but it's becoming increasingly difficult.

Well it seems like most people in here ordered the unlocked N10+. I got the T-Mobile N10 which I'm sure is part of the reason why my order worked out the way it did.

What did you order?
 
Sounds like I would have been better off to cancel my order and then reorder a couple days ago. Seems like almost anyone who cancelled and then reordered have already had their phones shipped.

I can't speak for Sammy as this is my first direct order, but other phones I've ordered from carriers or direct have always shown up at least week or two sooner.

I gave up trying to make sense of it....could be a number of different criteria that we aren't privy to. It's probably mostly supply chain logistics based on model features and colors. Now for everything I've said, none of it may be true.
 
I am going to toss and turn all night worrying about this Fedex delivery tomorrow.
I have to work, so I logged into the Fedex website and chose a nearby Fedex store near me as the delivery option. However, every text notification, email notification and the Fedex app on my phone all say it's scheduled for delivery by 8:00 p.m tomorrow to my home and that a signature will be required. In the tracking, I see a notation: "Hold at Fedex office request received. Check back later for status."

I don't know what to think. I guess I can leave a piece of paper with my signature on my door knob just in case Fedex comes to my house. In the words of George Costanza from Seinfeld. Why must there always be a problem!

I ordered AT&T 256g glow on the 8th. Cancel option gone since Friday with no other updates. Phone still just shoes order placed with expected delivery on the 23rd

I have a similar situation but I believe it will be held for pickup based on two conversationsci had with FedEx. I might leave the note on the door just in case but I'm a little Leary because I won't be home till late tomorrow. If its waiting at Walgreens and I don't get it before closing I will pick it up on my way to work and go in late.

I was same and called Fedex to verify had been redirected ans was told yes.
 
Because that's all I can do. Lol plus I had so much bad luck with my n9 and I'm seeing this one having the issues and I don't like it.
Fear not as you will have it soon. Mine is coming tomorrow but I'm not home and might not make it by the time Walgreens closes. Do I want it sooner than later?....of course, but it will get here when it gets here.

As long as my buddy @mustang7757 doesn't get it before me...I'm good.

I called Fedex Customer service and the rep I spoke to could see that I had requested the hold. He advised me to pick up the package at the Fedex store I selected. I guess I will leave the signature at my door, just to be covered. But, I agree with you, I don't like the idea of a package laying on the porch all day. Maybe I can leave the office a little early tomorrow. On the bright side, our phones are coming tomorrow!!!!! :)
