Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

Third day in a row expecting to see some type of movement and still nothing. Should of known better than ordering directly through Samsung, they can't even get their promos right. I've always had my preorders early in the past with my carrier. I will never order directly through Samsung again, I don't care what they offer.

Plenty of others here are getting their phones today which is 2 days early. what makes you think this won't happen at best buy or a carrier store?
 
Did I say it would never happen at a carrier store? I said, I have never had this issue preordering like I do every year when preorders go live with my carrier. If I ordered directly through my carrier I would be getting my phone like the other people in the sprint thread, not left in limbo.

So, I ordered my Note 10+ aura glow (AT&T) on the 8th and have had no updates whatsoever. I think I have seen a few posts where people haven't gotten anything updates yet that ordered the same color and from the same provider, but others that did receive updates. I just really want my phone, was so hoping to get it early as I had always gotten pre-orders early when ordering direct from AT&T. I have been watching my email/ fed-ex delivery manager/ Samsung website as a hawk lol.

Right there with you. Same phone ordered on same date with no updates other than cancel option not being there. I thought it might be AT&T keeping orders from shipping early at first, but I have now seen many people who ordered the same phone on AT&T only 3 or 4 days ago who either already have the phone or at the very least have had it shipped.
 
I'm to the point I don't even want the phone anymore. The feeling of not getting my delivery on time from FedEx has just ruined the mood and all excitement I had and I know calling them won't do a damn thing even though it's their screw up... The only thing that will happen is Samsung will get their shipping cost back for a non on time delivery

Some Sprint users got there Note's today and they ordered from the Sprint store and some Best Buy
 
When did you order? If it's before the 10th don't trust Samsung. Mine is scheduled for delivery, but on Samsung site it says I will get it on the 4th. You'll know for sure if your order doesn't ship by today. Hang in there.

Well, I'm making calls, I'm using the XM app to check my data usage...everything seems fine! It seems like you just have to put your sim card in, and the phone will take care of the rest.
 
Still waiting. It's on the truck still. I work at 6 so either I'm up most of the night playing with it or will just spend all day tomorrow with my phone.

I wish it were UPS because it stopped by at noon like usual today.
 
It’s here! Been watching FedEx tracking since Sunday, redirected to the nearest Walgreens, scheduled to be delivered today. Got a text at 7:58 this morning that it would be delivered by 8pm. Checked the FedEx Delivery Manager App and it went to Scheduled for delivery today to Pending. Called FedEx they said that because I asked it to be redirected it could take an additional 24Hrs to arrive. I have never heard that before. I got my next text at 11:08 that it was ready to be picked up at Walgreens!

Haha. I finally get disgruntled enough with Samsung and try cancelling my order with a chat agent and boom, I get an email from fedex that it's shipped while waiting for the agent.
