Can't just swap the sim card from old phone?

I don't know if Sprint uses Sims cards.

Lmao I just told my husband the other day that I'll be doing that whenever I get my note10+.

Oh well maybe she needs to call and talk to someone else. She says they told her they couldn't do it. We've never gotten out phones early so this is new to us.

Why don't she just put the simcard from her old phone on to the Note10? Unless she upgraded from a older phone where the simcard be different size.

I might need to ask this in the Sprint thread , but I'll ask here first. My sister got hers today , but she says Sprint won't activate the phone until Friday. Has that been true for anyone on Sprint ?

I'm pretty sure it does use simcard.

Did you get the phone yet? I got mine after delivery.

I didn't the phone yet - but got the trade in email. Clicked on DOWNLOAD SHIPPING LABEL - says label was downloaded to "DOWNLOADS" folder - it is not there.
Did you get yours?

So the sim switch out worked for me. However I am missing the visual voicemail. I even did smart switch. I don't see the program available in the play store either?

I'm late to this question, but if you can pickup at a FedEx warehouse. The warehouse will have the package available first thing in the morning, for Walgreen's locations it has to be delivered -- so often isn't available until later in the day.

And maybe they've fixed this but, when I've requested a FedEx Office (the old Kinkos), for some reason they aren't available until the next day. They may have fixed this, when they made their agreement with Walgreens, but that is the way it used to be.

No they return what you paid after the trade in and keep your old phone.

That's not the way it works on units purchased through Samsung. I paid 600 dollars less. If they don't get the trade they charge your card

So, has anyone else seen NO movement on the Samsung order page? ATT/Carrier Locked/256GB.

Still shows expected delivery of the 23rd. But nothing in regards to processing. I ordered on the 8th

Yep...8/9 order date and nothing ..no label no nothing except....an email from samsung letting me know I must return old phone in 14 days because I should have received my note 10 plus by now
