I got this email just now. I love how they threw at&t under the bus. Lol although I'm still disgruntled about the situation,I'm glad that they saw the problem and are trying to fix it . I'm still not preordering through them again though. LolView attachment 307744
Whoa did you contact Samsung or did they just send this out of the blue? They totally screwed me over on my delivery date for my AT&T 256 Aura Glow. I’m pretty peeved.
 
I want to see if anyone has updates on pre orders shipping out supposedly after 8/23 some says 8/30 some say after September. When I placed mine it said sep 6 but I see online some say after and mine has some itmes switch from the 10th to 17th..
 
Did not get further update from FedEx about when I can pickup my phone. Confirmed it will be at local Walgreens for pickup after 11am.
So I will get it after work. Guess I know what I will be doing tomorrow night.

I think it was the answers to my survey that they emailed me this morning that caused this.
 
I just ordered mine tonight, says Sept 4th delivery. Bummed I only had black to choose from in the unlocked 256. Anyone know how long ago aura glow ran out? I wonder if I call could I get waitlisted or maybe switched. I am not in a hurry. Dont get me wrong I want it bad but would rather have the one with all the trippy colors. This will be my first note since the 7, I loved that phone.
 
They dont switch colors you should have just ordered it and waited. It will take longer if you cancel now.. I ordered the white mine said sep 6 and then changed to 10th so I'm just hoping sometime soon.

At least they offered you a gc. Kinda of good for them to offer a gesture without asking. Doesn't get you your phone faster, but they're trying to defuse the situation before you can complain.

No one really knows. It kept coming and going oos regularly. Guess they finally sold enough and just decided to make it permanent during pre-orders.
 
For anyone who's curious about what kind of headphone the Note 10 needs. It has to be the type that has a DAC built into the dongle. If you get a simple adapter that just changes the connector it won't work.

This reminded me: I tested out the dongle from my Essential phone and it works. With the Essential phone, many people ordered a dongle from Razer for their phone, as it has a high quality DAC (THX certified) in the dongle. Getting Google's dongle should also work.

I woke up to shipping information. I was hoping I'd at least get it Saturday, but it will be Monday ( a day I have to work) and also a signature is required.9 times out of 10 I won't take my work nap until I have the item in my hand and hopefully it will come early enough to take a small nap before I have to get ready for work.

I did look into the option to have Walgreens hold it, but the Walgreens that's close to my house does not come up as one of the holding locations and they are showing some that are miles and miles away. So that's out.

I'll just work with Monday and hope for the best. At least it finally shipped.
 
Better than nothing! Close though...hahaha! $100.00 would have made me feel a lot better for "you" though...Especially what you've gone through and still don't have your phone.

Well I ordered my unlocked 256gb Aura Glow on Sunday and have always had a 9/10 delivery date. For kicks, I was checking delivery dates and I finally wasn’t even able to order that configuration as of Wednesday night.
 
Really surprised to come back and not see the comments at 4K. Guess a lot of the chatter has died down since of have our devices. Still holding out hope for the rest of you that you'll get them tomorrow or Monday at the latest .
 
I’m eagerly waiting on my balcony for the post guy to arrive.

I actually had to work today, but my son is sick and couldn’t go to school. So he’s sleeping now and I’m waiting like a little kid haha.
