Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

not a pre-order, but just placed my order for the Aura Black (I'm so predictable, but I LOVE black) with 256. I did a phone app/space audit and I'm not touching the available space on my Note 8 so I feel sure the 256 will be sufficient.

what are the chances I'll actually get it shipped when they say? supposedly 9/3...
 
And yes I finished early to pick it up! Just in time for my vacation eta 3 hrs. Samsung switch better finish within then. Its easiest to just use my old sim to new?

Definitely alot more grey in person. Will install the whitestone glass cover

Still no movement on my Aura Glow Unlocked. Been on “preorder” for almost 2 weeks now.

Same hahah they even acknowledged that when they spoke with me again today. Hahah their like no one should wait for a pre order 2 weeks or more.

yikes. sorry to hear of both of your situations. Samsung wasn't wonderful with the Note 8 preorders from what I remember.

so glad I didn't order the aura glow like I was thinking.

Ikr! I got a 10$ credit which I'm even more upset about because I reserved and pre ordered. Like whaaaaat, people who just recently ordered already got their items. Lol

Wow, still on "preorder"? My Aura Glow, which I pre-ordered on the 22nd started as "pre-order" then moved to "in-processing" either that day off the next. Hasn't moved since then and I can still cancel. I expect more movement next week

One of my preorders was scheduled for delivery on the 10th of Sep. However, yesterday I got the email telling me it shipped and will be here tomorrow. Hang in there. Waiting is the hardest part (IMO).
 
Got my free Galaxy fit today..still no words for note 10 plus Aura glow 256 unlocked and the free Galaxy bud..still shows 10 the Sept..

I've purchased 3 clear-backed "Rugged" cases to show off my Aura Glow and they all pretty much suck in comparison to my current S10+ OtterBox Pursuit series (not made for the Note10), which kinda makes me want to cancel and get a Black model since I'll have to put a non-clear case on. So at this point the only reason I haven't cancelled my backordered 256gb Unlocked is the $200 preorder credit. I'd still probably get the Black model before the Aura Glow but dang that $200 Samsung credit lol.

Oh I’m technically “In Processing” as well. Hopefully not too much longer.
 
I sent my trade in and it was delivered today to them. Do they send you an email at some point saying we got it, its as described and your good? How long does it take?
