Finally was able to place another order after my defective unit made it back to Samsung today.

Don’t blame you man. If the Aura Glow was available locally, I’d do the same.

Speaking of Aura Glow, I wonder if any Aura Glow phones have even shipped since the first batch.

A few have been shipped I see everyone getting glow and white black its fast and easy but the "most" popular ones are still getting shipped

has anyone in this thread ordered an unlocked phone and is with sprint? if so, and you've gotten your phone, what did you have to do to activate and did your phone come with a sim? thanks.

Hi there, I did order an unlocked S10+ which I activated on Sprint. I ordered this SIM card SIMOLW516TQ. Here is the link on Sprint. https://shop.sprint.com/mysprint/sh...0244&accCatId=78300001&deviceIndependent=true I ordered in on a Weds. night and got it on Friday.
Once I inserted the card, I was able to activate the phone with no problem. Save yourself a headache and get the SIM card. It's only $2.99.

The USB port didn't work. Wouldn't charge, wired earbuds that came with the phone didn't work, etc.

Ugh now Best Buy has the Unlocked Aura Glow near me. The same one I “preordered”. But if I cancel my order and pick it up, I lose my free Galaxy Buds.

Also, if I purchase from Best Buy, am I still able to activate Samsung Premium Care?

I guess the smart decision is to wait since my delivery date is 10 days out.

Yeah they still have the $600 promo until the 2nd. I really want to get it today but I’m going to kick myself spending an extra $129 on the Galaxy Buds when I could get them for free.

Also, if they’re popping back up in store, maybe mine will ship earlier.

And my decision has been made for me. My Cancel button is gone!!!

Still says Sept 10th on the website but on the Shop Samsung app, I don’t have an estimated ship date at all and the Cancel button disappeared.

This is exactly what I did yesterday. Delivery date of the 10th and I got tired of waiting and I wanted the phone for the long holiday weekend. A Best Buy near me had one in black but by the time I got there it was sold but they directed me to a different Best Buy that had the Aura glow Unlocked that I wanted and I was able to grab it and trade in my S10+ for $600 off the phone. Then I canceled my Samsung pre-order because it's still just said "In process". Typing this on my new Note 10+ and boy she's a beaut.

Premium care is only online via Samsung... at time of purchase which sucks

What was your order date? Mine is 08/21 and still no activity with 09/10 estimated delivery.

My phones cancel button hasn't been available for weeks. But my earbuds just lost the option to cancel so my order must shipping soon.

Nice!!! I’m not getting my hopes up too much but I’m now at least thinking that we’ll have it in hand by next weekend.
