I assume it goes based off of what version of the phone you pick (10, 10+, or 10+ 5G, and 256GB or 512GB). Maybe also a trade in phone and accessories you picked?

I only received 1000 points as well for my order. However, if you have TMobile and go near a TMobile store, you can get 2000 points for "checking out" the Note 10.

What do you get 2 point for each dollar spent ? in my case that would work out minus the sales tax

It seems keyed to just the phone. The accessories were a part of the Samsung reserved pre-order. I had a few points that I applied to the phone's purchase and got four bucks for those.
