Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

Does it say signature required or indirect signature required? For indirect signatures I've downloaded and printed official release forms from FedEx and they've left the package on my porch.

This seems a bit crazy to me. My battery shows it has shipped and I've gotten notification from Samsung it shipped, but FedEx shows it still hasn't been picked up. I have my second tracking number on the FedEx site, that shows a 3 lb box has been picked up in Indianapolis -- but nothing else on my order shows as having been shipped yet.

So my order which has "shipped" is still sitting there but my order which is still in "preorder" status has shipped -- weird.

Ordered early on 8th... still no shipping, but my cancel button is gone since Friday I think.

I ordered on the 8th at like 12:08 a.m. Still no updates.

I wouldn't focus on it too much. Bestbuy ain't going to do anything for instore pickup(me) til friday and shipping(you) til probably wednesday. I'll fall over of a heart attack if bestbuy released early. Lol

I'm in the same boat as you. Ordered on 8th, cancel gone as of Friday, and still have not been charged or gotten shipping info. But some people that ordered after that are getting shipping info. Such a frustrating ordeal! Lol

I am in the same boat but I live one state away from the distribution center from where it will ship from pa to NJ.

yeah, what's even more confusing is in "my orders" on the app it says I placed the order on the 7th. however, when i click on the phone to check status, it shows order date the 8th.

Check the dates, times and timezones. What may have been the 7th where you were when you placed the order may have been the 8th where they received it.

My Note 10 unlocked aura glow is marked shipped on Samsung.com order status. Note 10+ unlocked aura glow still hasn't. Both orders placed at around same time, I'm pretty sure I'll get tracking for that as well in the next few hours.

Everyone will get their tracking by end of day, patience

Although it hasn't been confirmed my 3 lb. box has my Note in it (I'm hoping that it does), I did successfully submit a request to have FedEx hold it at their warehouse -- fortunately their express warehouse is only a couple of miles from where I live.

Delivery to my business wont work.... I have tried.

I had to ship it here since I am leaving town on Friday and didn't want the phone sitting on my porch for 7 days. LOL

Also, I spoke with FedEx and they said they only require a indirect signature which means you can leave a note on the door.
