Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

I've got delivery confirmation from Samsung and tracking from Fedex, Fedex wasn't miles ahead of Samsung, 2 day shipping - expected Wednesday.

My phone / Ear buds and wireless charging pad are all marked as shipped with the same tracking number but item weight according to Fedex is only 3lbs, seems a bit light?

Also only one of my phones has shipped, weirdly the one I ordered on the 15th, about 2 hours after the first phone, Both black 256gb note 10+
 
I mean how are you gonna tell a customer that it's first come first serve when the question in the first place was "why are people who ordered the phone a week after me getting their order shipped before mine?"
That's how they operate..got me lol
 
I'm sorry for the previous tantrum Samsung. Just checked the website again, and the phone and two of my freebies shipped for wednesday delivery. The other freebie is supposed to be here tomorrow.

While I requested to pick up my order from the FedEx warehouse, I'm thinking it won't happen. The request still shows on my tracking, but at the bottom it has this message, "Delivery option(s) aren't available due to shipper restrictions. Please contact the shipper."

And despite FedEx claiming they got the package about Noon today, I still don't have any shipping notification from Samsung (other than for my battery, which still only shows "label created").

I guess we'll find out. This is FedEx we're talking about, I don't think they know what they are doing. ;)

On another rather interesting note, apparently I have a "dead" tracking number, the one I got Friday. Samsung finally shows my order as shipped and it shows everything with the same tracking number (the one that FedEx already picked up). Apparently the other tracking number was to get me excited for nothing and is being cancelled (previously the battery had that tracking number).
 
This just ain't fair! Ordered unlocked 8/9...still nothing.

Ordered white verizon 256 Note10+ on 8-14
Original delivery date was 8-23. Now it's 8-21
TOTAL SHIPMENT WEIGHT 2.00 LB
Has to be the phone as I chose the 200.00 credit


"SPECIAL HANDLING SECTION
Deliver Weekday, Residential Delivery, Indirect Signature Required"

I'm guessing this means I'll have to leave a signed note if I want it left at the door.
