You guys are really lucky you get them before the 23rd. I haven’t seen any messages on forums in NL about them getting shipped

Also you guys are also lucky that you get a lot of goodies with the pre-order. All we get in NL is a extra return bonus haha

Happy to see people getting their phones, but how does this make sense? Ordered on the 18th and shipped same day when some of us who ordered on the 7th and 8th still have not had updates other than no longer able to cancel.

Totally understand your frustration. Only answer I can give is because it's Samsung.com.. It's been this way on almost every pre-order. Usually seems to be worse than this. Not sure if they didn't sale as many phones as they thought they would, or they are getting a little better prepared.

I gave up trying to make sense of it....could be a number of different criteria that we aren't privy to. It's probably mostly supply chain logistics based on model features and colors. Now for everything I've said, none of it may be true.

Sometimes it seems as if all the orders are placed in an inbox and the people filling the orders just come by and grab whatever order is in top.

Having lived many years outside of the US mainland I feel your pain. First off, you will most likely be paying full price for your phone, subject to import duties etc and no free goodies. Secondly, in some markets you might wait up to a month before new modles get released in that country. That sucks when you are a technology buff just trying to get your hands on the latest tech.

Got mine yesterday with free Galaxy buds as a preorder gift. Bad thing is I'm away for 2 more weeks, so it won't leave the box until then.

Exactly this, and since I'm waiting what feels like forever for the note 10, i couldn't just wait.

Just received word from my provider that there is a delay and they couldn't send me the phone in time.
So yeah that's that

Just got a FedEx notification that one box is being rescheduled to the 22nd. It's not the one with the phone but I won't be surprised if the do the same for the two other boxes. And I had my day all planned out with my Note 10+ and goodies.

Okay, I really think Samsung might be putting a hold on it. Fedex website still says a excemtion on it. I went onto the Samsung.com order tracking and it says expected delivery Aug 22nd like some of the others are getting on here now.

This likely means there is a hold. As for others who don't have that listed on theirs there still might be a hold later on showing up when it gets to the distribution center.

Wow, maybe blues fans really does have the worst luck. First 5 months to get a refund, then Irma, now a FedEx truck carrying his phone crashes!

I did a chat with Samsung and they said I should be getting my shipping notification by the end of the day and I'm definitely getting it on Friday. * Fingers crossed*

My phone is at my local sorry facility but I'm 484 miles away until Thursday, ugh the agony of it being delivered and I can't play with it LOL.
