Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

Now mine is out for delivery from local facility. Took 7 minutes to go from sorting to delivery. Now I most likely need to buy some 2nd case since Samsung is in pre-order

I really don't understand FedEx..... Why send my package to a local facility that is further away from house than the Baltimore local facility???? It makes absolutely no sense. It better be sent to the correct pickup location I specified or you are going to have one ticked off person

My ATT Aura Glow 256 + is at the destination facility and my powerbank has left Memphis according to FedEx. Since FlightRadar24 Shows no planes in the air between Memphis and my city, I'm assuming it's already arrived and the shipping info hasn't updated yet. I left a signed note out for each tracking number even though the powerbank isn't arriving signature required.

Here is what was odd for me , I got an email saying my package would be arriving etc
and I could track it , I thought yes I can track it but what I didn't know was it was LIVE tracking
I watched it travel from Akron Ohio to Massillon in real time with 4 stops before reaching me.

I ordered my Unlocked Note 10 plus Auroa Blue on Aug11. Yesterday on the Samsung site it said Expected delivery Aug 23 but the cancel option was there . Today it says expected Delivery Sept 4 with the cancel option. So I don't know what to think . But I believe I will get it before Sep 4
 
Sounds like I would have been better off to cancel my order and then reorder a couple days ago. Seems like almost anyone who cancelled and then reordered have already had their phones shipped.

I ordered the aura glow note 10+ on August 12th. Wasn't seeing any movement so I canceled the order on the 19th and reordered two note 10+ 5g in aura glow and aura white. Received confirmation from Verizon that they have been shipped with an estimated delivery of August 23rd through FedEx; I truly believe the Note 10+ in aura glow are on backorder so canceling my original order worked out in my favor.
 
Got mine today - beautiful phone, but going back because it’s not Dual-SIM as was promised by Swisscom. I’ve ordered an unlocked S10+ 5G Dual-SIM now, but wait time is around 6 weeks. Awesome.
 
And now somehow my powerbank has leapfrogged my phone as I've just gotten a notice that it's on the truck for delivery, while my phone is still at the destination facility, lol.

Distance is not the only factor they consider when routing packages...UPS and other delivery services probably have similar algorithms to optimize their deliveries. Their profitability is based on delivering packages as efficiently as possible and not on us getting our phones as soon as possible (which is the way it should be LOL)...
 
I'm going to pick mine up at FedEx shortly. Luckily I put in the request before Samsung blocked being able to make the changes.
