Exact same thing for me. Same phone, same order date, and my cancel option was gone as of Friday. And of course Samsung has been no help at all with my various chats with them. All I wanted to know is why people who ordered the same phone as me 3 days ago are already getting theirs, but mine is just sitting in a Samsung warehouse still apparently.

Samsung computer programs for emails are Messed UP! This past month, I've been getting welcome and tip emails for my....Note 8! I have a Note 9 of course.

Yes, if you used the link from your reserve email or via the app, you got the additional $50 (so my one-time coupon is for $200). As an aside, I'm still getting notifications from the Shop Samsung app telling me that time's running out to reserve my Note 10 and get an additional $50. I'm like....errrr...

That's my plan. Since the Credit Voucher won't be issued for awhile, I'll probably miss the Active2 Pre-Order (LOL! Did I just say "pre-order?") perk. I think it's a charging stand or something.

Is anyonw who didn't use the 200 bucks credit going to use in the new Active 2?

Now watch I crack my Note 9 screen at work and lose my $600 credit lol.
