Mine keeps changing between Sept 4th and 10th. I'm back to the 4th as of today. I ordered the white, 256GB, unlocked. Samsung already shipped my extra battery which is cruel in my opinion!

Anyone know how long it takes for the trade in label to appear? My phone was delivered today but there is no label in my Samsung account yet. We have 7 days from delivery right?

My email showed up the night I received the phone... so 12ish hours after I got the Note. And I believe it is 14 days to return, it will have a date in your email.

Wow, I've not received any communication from Samsung and have been unable to get through to any customer service people via chat or phone. Their CS must be getting hammered with inquiries. I'm typing this post on my S10+ while waiting to get through to a person on chat.

I just want to know when my phone really will get here. It's crazy if my status page says 9/4 but it shows up unannounced some random day before and I am not able to sign for it.

This is not my first order that's been marred by poor communication and service. I love their phones and deals but may give up on them after this.

Yeah i couldn't get anyone through the chat. I tried multiple times. I finally called and did the option where they keep you in the line but they call you back. They said the call back would be in maybe two hours , but I got a call back in like 30 to 40 minutes.

I got a text from FedEx saying that my package will be delivered on Tuesday and I almost had 4 heart attacks until I looked and saw it was a different tracking number. I've been so worried about getting my phone I forgot about the other crap I ordered.lmao

Yeah what sucks is that I could literally get an unlocked Note 10+ in black at Best Buy but I really want the Aura Glow. So I’m still looking at a 9/10 delivery.

Have fedex hold it at a specific location. Mine is a local CVS, pick it up anytime.
