My FedEx app is showing the package is at their Irving, TX facility as of 12:09 AM local time early this morning. Says the shipment is scheduled to arrive on time, on Monday.

I ordered the graphite last Sunday and got the FedEx notification this morning with no update in the app. There's no rhyme or reason to these roll outs.

Low and behold, there's movement! It now says in process on the site, and I have tracking info for delivery on Monday. Still says backordered in my order status on the app though haha.

Flying home, but got the notification my phone was picked up and set for delivery between 8:40-12:40 on Monday

You can always try to track it with a reference number. Your order number is the reference number.

Are you signed up on FedEx? If not, create an account and hopefully it will pop up.

Is everyone receiving an email from FedEx and that's how they got their tracking? My order has not moved from In Process and I ordered as soon as Unpacked started. Have not received anything from FedEx either.

I have an account with FedEx so anytime something generates with my information and address, they add it to my tracking info. This is how I was able to see mine. My cancel button is still on the Samsung website but my phone is already in Irving, TX with delivery for Monday.

It is the same for me...I have a shipping label and my credit card was charge ld on the 3rd (actual charge...not a hold) and that is it.

You received the label by email from FedEx? I'm curious how so many have a tracking number and I don't. I ordered the base model in black right when Unpacked started. Maybe there is an issue with that model.

I keep checking to nothing and on my Fed Ex app it wants a tracking number which I don't have. Still have cancel button on Samsung and says 2/17 delivery. I haven't had my husband check yet but he ordered graphite and I got Lavender.

Well my process with ratuken is moving slowly. I've gone thru everything to where they said they had to get confirmation as you say. They sent email out yesterday saying Samsung confirmed the order and money will be deposited in my ratuken account. They have so far given me around two 2% deposits totally around $24. I emailed again and told them it should be 15% as it's a phone, should be $95+.

I got email from Rakuten saying Samsung approved order. But I have to wait 10days after I receive phone to get 15 % cash back.

No worries I have received my phone in past when ordered from samsung and the app still said in process on site and app. Go by FedEx sign up for updates so you will get email on progress from FedEx

Samsung wanted phones delivered by FedEx on mon 13th Mines says future date req.mine is on schedule for delivery to MA sometime Monday.

It takes 30 minutes to drive from my place to the Samsung Coppell facility. And yet, with every preorder my devices arrived exactly on the official release date, compared to people thousand miles away who got phones earlier than me.
My phone still wasn't picked up yet.

things are moving s l o w l y with FedEx in Texas:

it has just merely arrived at FedEx's "origin facility" in Irving, TX late last night. it hasn't even gotten on a plane yet to leave TX for wherever it is destined to go yet. so slow.

additionally, to make matters more ludicrous, my cancel button is still there on samsung.com's order page. why would these giant companies seemingly can't get their act together on a basic website? weird.

They don’t have to hurry. Not with Samsung restricting the delivery date to the 13th. So annoying.

Can't complain this year. They're moving these out pretty fast! Just under 2 weeks. Got label printed quick and charged too. Plus it seems sales are not as many as in the past.
