Where do orders from Samsung ship from?

All over. There is one in DFW that I saw my N9 come from, Arizona I think has one, and other locations.

I know I'm just upset cause of the reserve thing and saying guaranteed by the 8th but he's just happy to be getting it. We went into Best Buy tonight I'll get mine on the 8th and we played around with the phone he really liked it and they had his prism white. I didn't know when I was in there on pre-order they had all3 colors just not my flamingo.

So why don't you cancel his order and just get it at Best Buy?

I, on the other hand, have the opposite problem. I show my S10+ shipping by March 15, still had the cancel button this morning. Stopped by a Best Buy when I was out running errands this afternoon, and discovered that I greatly prefer the feel of the S10 in my hand. Came home and went to cancel my S10+ order so I could order the S10 instead, and my cancel button was gone!

For anyone who has ordered from Samsung.com in the past, I have a question for you. When the shipping label is created, does the phone get picked up the same day by FedEx or UPS? Or does it get picked up the next day?

So if your ship date is by the 15th, and your cancel button IS gone, would that probably put you in the first wave?

Put your order number as the reference when searching.

I found it. When I ordered the Note 9, I was able to see shipping info by entering the order number plus _01 at the end of it.

It all depends. I have seen it where the label was created and the package just sat until it was picked up, then I have seen it where the label was made that morning and it was pick up that same afternoon

Ya I tried that also with the _01 and nothing I was deliver by the 8th also

1. Did you credit card get charged?
2. Does your shipment show any movement already or that it was picked up?
