Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

I used the order number with _01 at the end to do a reference tracking on mine. Earlier today I was getting nothing but now I have tracking information with an arrival date of Wednesday! Samsung's website still shows nothing and my card hasn't been charged. I ordered a ceramic white 512gb on the 22nd with an expected ship date by March 15th so it looks like they ran a little ahead, at least with mine.
 
Holy guacamole!! Mine has shipped as of....yesterday?? Delivery date 3/6 by 8pm and mine states Direct Signature required.
 
Samsung finally updated my order to reflect that it actually shipped. My Black S10, black leather case, and white buds all shipped together in one order...can't wait until Wednesday. Yes, I know that my life won't change. I won't be a better person. I'll still be me, and my wife and kids won't give a sh!t about my new toy, but I will enjoy the sleekness and beauty that is my new phone...plus, I'm really looking forward to that wide angle lens. I have needed that so many times.
 
I just got a 2nd tracking number from Fedex, guess sending buds in separate box. 2nd package is just 1lb.
 
FedEx has 2 divisions that deliver to your home. FedEx "Express" and FedEx "Ground". There is no division called FedEx 2Day. It's either Express or Ground. I assumed 2 day delivery was Express, but I have been surprised by how quickly some packages come through my terminal, based on the customers response when I deliver their package, that they had just ordered the item the day before or two days before.

Mine also says this for the shipping method

Interesting thing is that I ordered a Dex cable back in Jaunary. It shipped from Brightpoint at the same location. Shipped Standard (not expedited). Shipped on a Thursday and arrived on that Saturday...so 2 days. Phone is shipping expedited and is expected to take the same time...guess it is all in the guarantees.
 
I'm new to the whole process of ordering from Samsung directly. I have the same confirmation as those above. In the FedEx delivery stages can anyone tell me what comes after "picked up" in the delivery process? At what point during 2Day delivery does it usually reach your region?
 
I had a delivery say one date and then it changes to a later date, any possibility Samsung does that?
 
Just got my shipping info from Fed Ex. Ordered 1tb ceramic black on 2/21. Scheduled for Wed delivery. Not been charged yet on my cc. Samsung's app shows it has been shipped
 
I find every time I pre order with Samsung they never update my information. I’ve received my phone previously with the shipping status not even updated from processing to shipped.


Is your cancel button gone? If so, chances are it has shipped and Samsung just hasn't updated you yet.
 
My cancel button is now gone from my pre-order. Still scheduled to ship by March 15th. Ordered a TMO prism white 128gb variant for reference
 
Ok so I had a "chat" with a Samsung rep. Not sure they understood what I was asking. I mentioned the cancel option still being available and I did not receive any shipping information with the wireless charging stand stating "will ship March 4th" and device by the 8th.

I asked for some clarification and the response I received was "So you want to cancel this order." Really thought I'd be screwed and the rep was going to cancel it. I was able to get out a couple "No do NOT cancel order" messages lol.

We ended up "chatting" and I was told that I do not have a cancel option as my order is confirmed. I checked after the chat and it is still there. Nothing on shipping though other than not delayed will arrive by March 8th.

Hopefully I don't end up being one of the unlucky bad experience customers!!

For those using the _01 to track by reference, you guys have a FedEx account? I saw track by reference, but didn't see an option to unless I create an account which I might do because after that chat I'm really not sure what exactly is going on!

I'm upgrading from a Moto/BlackBerry combo and never spent this much for "a phone" so being extra cautious with everything. Thanks!
