Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Still nothing here tmobile 128 prism white ordered 8th.note 8 trade in 550. Too good to pass up. Still says backordered and cancel button still there. Ship by 22nd

This was what my girlfriend's phone looked like when it was just delivered. Swell job packing, Samsung. There was an air pillow in the box.

I got my phone delivered too today and I was going to come on here and complain about the shipping package. The top of the box was tapped so badly that I could see into the box and see those air pillow things like you mentioned. I could see the phones black box. My phones box was still sealed but someone at Samsung is doing a bad job at packaging these for shipping.

This has me a little worried as mine has just shipped.

When setting up my girlfriend's new phone, I tried the new SIM card (AT&T) that came with it and got a SIM activation error. I transferred the SIM card from the S8+ and it's working. I assume I can call AT&T to get the new card working. I just didn't want the hassle. Is it OK to run with the old SIM?

I'd say use the old one. If you get AT&T to activate the one in box they'll most likely charge you an activation fee.

Dont be. I'm sure the ones with horrible packing are the exceptions. Mine was packed perfectly from Samsung.com and the phone box inside was sealed with two big pieces of factory seals.

That has to be a used phone. The phone box should have had two pieces of factory seals on there. No way they would have opened up like that.

Why would it be a used phone? It's a new model. It hasn't been out long enough for them to have used phones to sell.

Has anyone who received their phone this week receive their buds too? My phone is being delivered tomorrow but on my order on Samsung Shop, it didn't show the buds being shipped yet! They were supposed to ship with the device per my order.
