Samsung Connect and A cover Thermostat

Anyone else have an issue when you try to use Samsung Connect to change your thermostat temperature? I can change it one degree, then the waiting circle icon comes up and just hang. When I back out and come back in the thermostat has moved the one degree and is good to go again, but once again I can only move it one degree and will get the waitinf/hanging icon.
