Sam used to he really good CS wth people who were empowered to fix stuff.

I've spent 3 weeks (and perhaps 4+ hours) trying to get a portable batter charger replaced. From errantly cancelling my ticket after 3 days to "fixing" the problem
and sending me to the beginning, to sending me to the microwave division, I've been lied to and gaslighted on the six calls and 11 people with whom I've interacted.

It is a rotten turn by something that used to be really good, ime.
 
Wow. When I had the S21 for a few days, working with their tech reps was great. Had to return the phone but not their problem, it was defective from the factory.

And now with sales with the S22, I would give them a 9 out of 10 rating. Better than when I tried to order Pixels (twice) and those two episodes were exercises in futility.
