Samsung Customer Service/Support Problems

Just needing to vent regarding Samsung's customer service or lack there of. Yesterday I was having issues trying to buy the mobile protection plan on their website. I dialed the number listed on the purchase page for help only to be transferred back and forth amongst various people and divisions. I even had one lady tell me that Samsung doesn't offer any protection plans for cell phones. Finally after talking to 5 people I hung up. Luckily when I went back to the Samsung website later that evening the purchase went through with no trouble.
 
Exact same thing happened to me. I was transferred around and ended up talking with the Sharp extended warranty dept who didn't know what the Samsung Mobile Protection plan was. Eventually I was able to find the right link to make my purchase from the Samsung Web site.
 
Same problem in my case as well. Mine is related to Note 7 recall, I asked to replace my note 7 and they shipped me an open note 7 box without the phone, called their customer service and they gave me run-around than finally someone took my info down and gave me a ticket number for this issue but when I called back the next day they gave me run-around again and then finally a different rep. told me that they could not locate my ticket number and they would need to create the request again, I called in again the day after and they said that they finally could see the request for investigation but it would take 1-2 weeks to figure out what happened. I bought my original note 7, 2 months ago so I still don't have my new phone while everyone else is on their second phone, I asked to speak to the supervisor and all the agents told me that the supervisor is not available and that they will call me back in 24-48 hrs but no one ever called me. I've never heard for any company to be treating it's customers that way. Samsung if you don't have customer service then don't sell your products direct to consumers. Samsung is completely Incompetent time to switch to apple.
