Samsung DEX - not working

The Samsung DEX app was working fine on my Windows laptop a couple months ago. When I tried it again today, it's very buggy and unstable. I installed the latest update to this DEX app, plus installed latest updates to my Note 10+ phone. Anyone else having this problem?
