Samsung DEX with MIRACAST (wireless), streaming Netflix etc with Chromecast?

Is it worth getting these two devices (Miracast adapter/dongle and Chromecast) to connect to my monitor? And have a multiple HDMI cable so that I can switch between Laptop display and Chromecast. And on top of that use Samsung DEX wireless with the Miracast Adaptor... apologies if it sounds a bit mumbled jumbled lol... thx guys.
