Samsung Direct - Worst Service Ever!

Placed order last week and nothing on tracking. Bounced back between Both Federal Express and Samsung Support without any answers. What an Joke.
They say shipped, FedX says we never got the package so we can't track.....

I have no advice for you but that's really terrible. I be pulling my hair out to have that much money tired up and no exact location of my product at any time. I have had experiences where tracking is never updated and the item magically shows up on time. Maybe you'll get lucky? If you paid for next day shipping I would for sure be calling and demanding reimbursement or credit when it wasn't two day.

Nope, just two day. Hope this doesn't screw up the trade-in period. If it wasn't in "shipped" status I would cancel and reorder. Bastards......!

I went through a similar experience with Sam's Club and a TV. If you can get this cleared up in a week you are lucky. I think someone from Sam's club got a free TV and someone from Samsung got a free phone.
