Samsung Does It Again - Tizen Insecurity

I can't get too excited over that article, to me it's basically another day, another revelation of some exploitable software issue. Yawn...
Name an operating system that's completely secure, totally private, 100% reliable and stable, and can do every single task any person can want or need. There simply isn't one. In the article there's a very dramatic quote, "...worst code I've ever seen" -- go to a typical Apple forum and that same kind of phrasing is often used to describe Android.

All of this researcher's quotes in the article were harsh and pretty unprofessional. He came off like a Samsung troll.

I'm not saying there aren't problems because like you say all software has security problems and I'm glad Samsung is working with the dude to get it fixed. It really may be horrible as he says but his tone makes me think he has an ax to grind.

He's a security researcher. AKA security consultant. He's trying to get a job. I know I'm in the security field. Though most would take a more tackful approach.

A good question is this: does the exploit found in Tizen give a free work around to Android?
