Samsung ear buds

Like apple airpods can access the mic of an iphone and the user can listen the sound through it. Can the same thing samsung earbuds can do ? or any app that can provide the same functionality.?

I don't know if there's an app, there probably is because it's a simple audio pass through, but they don't do this by default.

Why do you want this? I can't think of a use for it that isn't super sketchy lol.

It does sound somewhat nefarious. I can say some gamers like to hear the sound of their own voices through the headphones when they are playing...of course usually in that situation the headphone mic is being used, not the phone mic!

I have the Samsung buds and I haven't seen a setting for this. Not even sure it is possible on Android period.

The galaxy buds do have pass through audio, it's called "ambient mode", but it uses the microphones on the earbuds themselves, which is significantly less creepy lol.

It actually works quite well.
