Samsung Easy Setup App

I just recently updated my Note 5 to MM and the Samsung app store had an update to an app called Samsung Easy Setup. Does anyone know exactly what it does? It can't be disabled but is it safe to force stop it?

I have the Note 5 and have used EZ Disabler for a few months now, and I always have EasySetup force stopped AND disabled with no problems at all...

Easy setup allows extremely limited home screens with the main one unable to be modified. Designed for those who only want basic functions and are intimidated by the things that make us love Android over Apple.
