Samsung Email and starred emails

Using Samsung Email app for the first time. What I am noticing is that emails I have starred that are over one month old are not appearing in the Starred folder. Nothing I do seems to force this to happen. Is there a way to make this happen?

In the settings for each account, there is an option to set for how long back will the phone look for emails to sync. Default option is 2 weeks. You have to change that.

It only goes back as far as one month. I have starred emails from several months ago, like flight details etc. But they won't appear in the starred folder due to being more than one month old. very frustrating.

At the top of the options should have 'all time'. Do you not have it?

Hello. I am experiencing some issues with the syncing of my starred emails. I have selected 'All Time' and tried syncing, to which it is not loading anything beyond about a month. I have forced stopped the app and even cleared the cache - nothing. I am not sure what else to do.

Note: I am using the stock email client loaded on the Samsung Galaxy S8.
