Samsung fascinate showing phone exclamation point then computer !

Hello,
and please help! I am not exactly sure what I did and the correct terminology... I was trying to get ice cream sandwhich on my phone..followed the tutorial perfectly. I was using Zadig, when it came to the step to unplug my phone... and reboot it was locked up. So I unplugged it ..stupidly. Now I see those dreaded symbols. I can get back into download mode( the little sweeping android guy) and from there I have no clue what to do! Any help would be appreciated! TY!

You are in a soft brick. I would suggest going back through the instructions. Don't worry about it. If you can get into download mode, you are fine

You might need to look at a JTAG service.

but it has the "phone exclamation point pc" on it is a usb jig gonna help?
to get it in download mode cause the physical buttons download mode dont work
