samsung galaxxy tab 4 got wet and display(touch screen) is wet.what to do??

samsung galaxxy tab 4 got wet and display(touch screen) is wet. But all the function are running proparly.But the display is wet and sound is less loud than before.
Is my tablet will cause any problem if i dont do anything?
please help me to remove the wet display.
Please help me by saying what to do.
