samsung galaxy 3 mininot recognized by kies

Hi
i have Samsung galaxy 3 gti i7562 which i snot recognized by kies
when i connect phone it detected by computer
and i chose multimedia mode from the phone
when i open the kies its ask
please connect a device
the phone is shown i my computer as a flash memory disk
i tied updated the kies with same result
i also checked debugging mode in the phone with same result plez help

What version of Android is running in the phone? And have you tried the Tools menu in Kies to install the drivers?

kies has installed all drivere
also the anderoid ver is 4.0.4

Make sure you have the right Kies installed, since there are 2 different versions, but you're phone will only be compatible with one version
