Samsung galaxy 5 watch call switch to Samsung phone !

Hello !
I have a problem with my galaxy watch 5 !
When I receive a call and answer it on my watch , it automatically forwards (switched) the call to my S24 phone .
It does the same thing when I make a call from my watch !
The problem has been there since I updated my s24 phone (one ui 7)
Before that everything worked perfectly !
Help me !
Please !
