Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro Micro SD card not detected

I recently purchased Samsung A9 pro. I tried to install different models of sd card. It is saying to be formatted. When tried to format it fails. two new sd cards of sandisk and samsung class 10 U1 category sd cards are used. but nothing is detected. Is it a bug from samsung. Any solutions?
