Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 Screen Unresponsive, what can I do?

Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 Screen Unresponsive

I can turn it on fine, it will show the normal lock screen. Nothing else works though, I cannot reset it. Tapping the screen and using any other buttons doesn't work. It's almost like it's stopped working; but only the power button works. Help, please?

Welcome to Android Central! That usually means the digitizer has failed. Bring it to a repair shop, or contact Samsung if it's still under warranty.
