Samsung Galaxy Centura screen frozen--can't turn off phone

I've had a Samsung Galaxy Centura phone for a few days--bought it new from Tracfone. A few minutes ago, the screen froze, and nothing I do can affect it. The phone vibrated and buzzed a few times, but it's just sitting there, with a frozen screen. The power button no longer works.

I've hardly used this phone. What shall I do?

Hello Frank. Welcome to Android Central.

You definitely should not have to worry about problems like that in a new device. Return for replacement or repair. You've paid for the warranty....use it.
