Samsung Galaxy Gear Smartwatch - U.S. Update vs U.K. Update?

Does anyone know if there is any variations between the U.S. update and the one from the U.K.? I have the U.K. one so I wasn't going to load the U.S. one unless there are some bells and whistles that I am missing. I have Googled this and found nothing so I am guessing there isn't but wanted to ask.
