samsung galaxy grand duos GT-I9082 doesnt pass fully turn on after reboot, how to turn it on ?

I tried to reboot my mobile phone by down vol + home+ power after rebooting it ,it does not turn on fully .
it just shows the "samsung galaxy grand gt-i9082" while turning on . after that it freaze no it.
please help me to solve this problem.:'(

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode following the steps in this video, but instead of choosing Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you pick Wipe Cache Partition.
