Just got the new Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime DUOS.
Incoming calls is not showing caller ID. Only shows "Private Number".
I have sync my Google Account and contact names and numbers. I am able to make out going calls from my contact names, same phone numbers. I have also registered the T-Mobile telephone network.
In settings, I do not find "caller ID" to turn on or off for incoming calls.
I am using T-Mobile. This same SIM has been using on another old Motorola Android and incoming caller ID works fine.
