samsung galaxy J7 no storage space I only have 17 apps

[Android Central Question]

Hello, my galaxy J7 is alwys out of space. I only have downloaded 17 apps and I keep my pictures and files in my sd card. I still see in only have 1GB of internal storage available. I clean the cache and try to keep my phone as empty as possible, I deleted my texts, calls and everything I can possibly delete and the freaking phone storage is still full. Can someone help me with this issue? Oh and many of the apps are now in the sd card as well but some other don't let me move them from internal storage. I am not an expert at all on phone/system things so please bear with me.
