Question Samsung galaxy note 10 green display

Hi my note 10 fell in water and I switched it of and left it to dry. About 5 hours later I switched it back on and everything is working fine however the screens display has a light green tint. Can I fix it or do I have to replace the whole screen?

There's a good possibility that you'll need to replace more than just the screen.
