Samsung Galaxy NOTE 3 Freezes when dialed

[AC Question]

HI ,
sometime (very often) when i dial a contact , it seems on screen like dialing but actually its not working after realizing when i disconnect the call it goes to freeze .. then i have to restart the phone ...please help if some one knows or faced the issue .
