Android Central Question
Dear Readers,
I bought a Note 4 (SM-N910P Sprint US) from China to use in Europe. When it arrived everything worked - however due to some circumstances I had to hard reset the phone. After having done this the phone will no longer let me use mobile data. However, I can receive and place calls/SMS. The Android Version is 5.1.1. In the Mobile Networks settings it shows "China Telecom" (in Chinese, I asked a friend to translate it for me) under Network Operators. Under About Device -> Status it shows Disconnected under "Mobile Network State" (even though I turned mobile data and roaming on and Wi-Fi off).
I believe the seller installed some kind of software to make this phone usable in the EU, is this the right place to ask for help?
Thanks in Advance!
