Samsung Galaxy Note 4 model SM-N910W8 warranty bit : kernel screen?

hello guys i really hope you help me out with my Samsung Galaxy note 4 model SM-N910W8 . Upon opening my phone with the power button I immediately get black screen with a small yellow writing in the top left corner that says- Set Warranty Bit : kernel . Now I've tried every thing their is to try. I used Odin3 v.1.85 ... I tried Odin3 v.309 and at least 4 different firmware...zipped..un-zipped you name em. Is their a little tiny reset button somewhere or something I'm desperate for some answers im only 5 months in a 2 year contract with the device.

Is your device rooted? From my experience this occurs when the device is rooted.
