Hi, I have a problem. Every time I clear out all my apps on recent apps button, my music apps such as pandora or Spotify won't keep running. Other music apps will keep running even though I cleared those apps out (tune in radio, and default music app). I want to find out how to keep pandora and/or Spotify to keep running in background even though I clear all my apps in recent apps.

Good question, but not sure you can. Pandora and Spotify are Apps...if you clear your apps they have no choice but clear, right along with the others. Is it necessary to only clear apps only when using Music? Maybe clear them, then open Pandora

Re: music apps in background

The thing is before, I could clear all apps and music apps like pandora and Spotify would still run even though I cleared all recent apps. I recently had to format my phone and now these apps won't stay in background if I clear all my recent apps.

It is a waste of time. It may even waste battery by forcing a reload from rom.

Clearing the recent apps is fine -- It only takes one click to do so. I personally don't like a hundred different things in my recents at all times so I do clear it as well.
