Hubby & I ordered our black N4's on 10/7, order status page looks completely different but both orders still say processing. I'm hoping that'll change soon

Wow, some of you get pretty bent out of shape over such meaningless stuff. OMG other people have their phones a whole week before I get mine, life is so unfair!!!!

My problem with the whole verizon thing is they say the phone will be released on the 23rd. I argued with the salesman over the phone about shipping it on the 22nd overnight meaning I wont get it until the 23rd when it is released. Nope. No such luck. I was told they will ship it on the 23rd for delivery on the 24th which sucks. When I asked why the delay in getting it, since everyone else had it since the 17th, they said they ran out of stock. Which goes to show you that the verizon reps are to stupid to even realize when they are lying to you. I guess the same will be true when Lollipop drops and still hasn't been pushed to the Note 4 until June of next year. I think this will be my last Verizon phone. I'm tired of being the last one picked.

I've been asking the same questions what's the point of pre ordering if I have to wait longer than those that just walk in and buy it? If I don't have it on the 23rd I will be going to the store to talk to the manager and call customer support and asking for a manager also its ridiculous the run around being given.

I am so disappointed. I pre ordered a white one on 9/29 and NOTHING. Still says order processing.

Just received my shipment email with tracking #! Pre-ordered the white over the phone on 9.20 using my Edge plan. Tracking shows that I should have it no later than 8p on Thur the 23rd

My card was charged yesterday around 7pm, but i still don't have tracking information for my white N4. Totally bummed. I expect it will come today, as they won't charge your card unless they are ready to ship

I am guessing credit cards are charged first to assure available funding is there, then the order is sent to warehouse for processing. My guess is your order is being processed. I remember when i preordered the droid x, I got my shipping email the day it was delivering.

It looks like the white model is shipping from Memphis and the black model from PA.

My black one is shipping from Memphis.

Yup same here! Both my black N4's are shipping from Memphis and I live in PA, so I doubt they're shipping them out based on the closest warehouse to you.

Nice. I didn't order until Sunday 19th but I am in Tennessee. OTOH...FedEx Ground is the worst carrier ever. Nothing like real FedEx.

I just got my tracking info ...I ordered mine 9-28-14 I should receive it tomorrow . It was picked up 3:35 pm and is in Tennessee I am in N.C.

Log into your Verizon Account.. My info was there..as a msg... but no email, wierd... but mine is officially on its way..the tracking number was there. You can also setup an account with FedEx and get notified via SMS/EMAIL for delivery status updates THursday... can't be here soon enough..but gives me the weekend to PLAY with GN4. I have to figure out who to sell my GS4 to.... and how much I can get... Good Luck everyone.

Wish I could sign for my package on FedEx Delivery Manager, it is greyed out right now. Perhaps I can only do that on Thursday?

Best Buy and Verizon Edge...

Just got off a chat with a verizon rep and she said Best Buys cannot offer an Edge contract. That is a major bummer as I have my pre-order there and a couple hundred dollars of gift cards. They can only do the standard 2 year agreements.
