Samsung Galaxy Note 4 S Health Location Error

Anybody know what this error is or how to fix it? It's happened every time I start an exercise on S Health and I've never seen it otherwise.

I have my location set to High Accuracy, and the error goes away after I finish my workout. Also, I'm at about 4k feet above sea level so this makes no sense to me.
