Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Verus Iron Shield status

Ordered mine on the 5th of Oct. Received a shipped notification from amazon last week that said it would be here Monday. Still no case. Received an email from them that they were going to start shipping today. Anyone else experiencing this as well? Why was I notified it was shipped if it never was? Thanks in advance for any input.

Yes I cancelled mine here was the response I got from emailing them
HI,

Your ordered item was pre-order listing, released on October 15th,

First like to apologize for inconvenience on delay

Our shipping department informed me today, your order was process on October 15st on released date, however I just found out we didn't received enough quantity to fulfill all our orders, so only partial went out maybe your order was left out, we are expecting shipments on tomorrow and Monday,

I can either provide you with full refund and cancel the order or process your order and we will refund your shipping fee.

However with the rumors of signal issues I went and bought the Thor instead since that one seems solid

I received an email that they shipped on Fri. The 24th. Should be here soon hopefully.

My case came today after shipping on the 15th. The corner of the metal band looks like it was ground across concrete. It is going back, I like the Spigen much better. What a disappointing experience.

Mine came yesterday. It was in perfect condition. Might have gotten a bad one. Nice case with the exception of the buttons being a little harder to push.

All of these types of cases are too minimalistic for me but for a cautious, gentle user they should be fine.
