Samsung galaxy note 5 hdmi out

The lcd on my galaxy note 5 keeps breaking. Yes i have replaced it multiple times and no im not ready to give up on it just yet. Im looking to just remove the lcd assembly and replace it with a hdmi output which connects via the lcd ribbion cable so that i may use it as a general media setup for the tv. Yes it may be overly complicated but its the way i want to do it. I have seen similar things done before so im asking for some helpful links and, with a bit of luck, maybe even a pin placement diagram for the lcd ribbion.
