Samsung Galaxy Note 5 wont turn on

The phone screen wasn't responsive. It doesnt turn on or anything, i tried hard resetting it but a blue light appeared. Its blue and it darkens, it doesnt flash, its constant -blue to dark blue to blue again- help?

Please describe what you mean by "hard reset".

If this is a software issue, then in the old days you would have pulled and reinserted the battery and restarted. Since we can't do that any more, Samsung gave us a way to accomplish the same result. This is pretty simple, and you won't lose any data for doing it.

1. Ensure that your phone is charged.
2. Press and hold VOL DN, PWR simultaneously for 10-15 seconds.
