Please does anyone know where I can get hold of Samsung galaxy note 9+ Quick start guide, or even a photocopy of a guide. It is for a good cause.

I don’t know of a 9 Plus, though there may be one, so I’ve moved your question to the Note 9 subforum.

belodion is correct -- there was never an official Note9+. Are you talking about the Galaxy S9+ instead? Or did you get your phone from some place that sells terrible knockoffs, like Wish?
