Samsung galaxy Note 9 updated randomly

Galaxy Note 9 updated RANDOMLY today and i hate it. Its not the same at all its like having the very 1st galaxy ever made. Is there some way of going back to the last update? I'm so disappointed with my phone at the moment I mean everything is so different and only like 4 of my apps will go into the fullscreen not one of the main ones that are already downloaded when you purchase the phone will go into the fullscreen. What's the point of the edge screens if we cant even enjoy them! I'm really upset and hope this gets resolved soon.

Did you search, here, for any fixes to the things that you do not like? There are many listed.
You didn't list which version Note 9 you have.
If you are still on the U1 bootloader, it is possible to return to Oreo. Search the Note 9 forum on xda.

Look in settings >display>full screen apps
